The E-Track rail has a unique "T"-shaped structure inside its slot. The core of securing goods is using matching T-bolts (or T-nuts). The head of this bolt can be inserted into the slot of the rail and then rotated 90 degrees to lock it in place on the back of the slot, preventing it from falling out.
Depending on the type of goods and the securing requirements, the main securing methods are as follows:
This is the most common scenario, used to secure pallets, boxes, or equipment.
Accessory combination: T-bolt + strapping/chain + rope hook/belt hook
Workflow:
Place the T-bolt into the E-Track slot and rotate it 90 degrees to lock it in place.
Pass the rope hook or belt hook (a metal piece with a hook at one end and a hole at the other) through the T-bolt.
Tighten the rope hook onto the T-bolt with the nut to secure it firmly to the rail. Finally, attach one end of the strapping, rope, or chain to the rope hook, and loop the other end around the goods and tighten.
For applications requiring extremely high tensile strength, ratchet straps can be used, with the hook at the end directly hooking onto the rope hook.
When it is necessary to secure non-standard shaped goods, or to construct shelving, partitions, or other structures.
Accessory combination: T-bolts + dedicated brackets/corner fittings
Workflow: Use T-bolts as the basic anchor points.
Fit the mounting holes of L-shaped brackets, flat brackets, or other customized brackets onto the T-bolts.
Tighten the nuts, and the bracket is securely mounted on the E-rail.
Subsequently, you can fix equipment, planks, mesh, or other structures to this bracket, achieving highly modular goods securing and space division.
For heavy equipment or containers that need to be prevented from moving forward, backward, left, or right.
Accessory Combination: T-bolts + Limiting Blocks/Pressure Blocks
Workflow: Place the T-bolts where the goods need to be secured.
Install the wooden or metal limiting blocks and L-shaped pressure plates.
Tighten the nuts so that the limiting blocks firmly press against the goods from the side or top, using friction to prevent movement. This method is often used for transporting precision instruments or fragile items.

Layout Planning: Plan the number and location of securing points in advance based on the weight, shape, and center of gravity of the goods. In principle, the more securing points and the more evenly distributed they are, the more stable the operation.
Selecting Qualified Accessories: Always use T-bolts and accessories that match the E-type rail slot size. Ordinary bolts are strictly prohibited because their heads cannot fit into the T-slots, providing insufficient tightening force, which is extremely dangerous.
Correctly Installing T-bolts: Ensure the T-bolt head is fully inserted into the slot and rotated into place, so that it is smoothly secured against the back of the rail.
Even Tighten: Using a torque wrench (if torque is required) or a regular wrench, tighten all nuts evenly in a diagonal sequence, avoiding uneven stress.
Inspection and Re-inspection: After securing, pull the goods forcefully to check for any looseness. During long-distance transport, stop the vehicle periodically to check the securing devices for continued stability.
