See Details1. Daily Cleaning and Maintenance
It is recommended to clean the dust, oil and foreign matter in the E-Track track groove after each loading and unloading to avoid long-term accumulation and metal corrosion or track jamming. When cleaning, you can use a hard brush or a special track cleaner to quickly remove stubborn stains. If the track surface is galvanized or powder coated, check the coating integrity regularly. If scratches or rust are found, use anti-rust spray or touch-up paint to repair.
2. Check the structure and load
The bolts and screws that fix the rails need to be checked once a quarter to ensure that they are not loose or rusted. If the rails are installed in an area prone to vibration, it is recommended to increase the inspection frequency to prevent structural failure due to long-term bumps. Long-term overload use may cause the rails to deform or the anchor points to fall off. Check the rails regularly for bending or cracking.
3. Lubrication and Maintenance of Moving Parts
If the E-Track is equipped with movable accessories (such as sliding hooks, adjustment arms), lubricants should be used to regularly lubricate the contact surface between the track groove and the accessories to reduce friction and wear. In humid or salty environments, the cleaning cycle needs to be shortened and the maintenance frequency of the anti-rust coating needs to be increased. In addition, vegetation growth should be controlled around the track and drainage buffers should be retained to prevent water accumulation from accelerating rust.
